All applicants apply for Membership of the I.B.A. do so accepting all Terms of Application.

Applicants will complete the application form in an honest and professional manner without breaching any of the
I.B.A.'s website Terms of Use.

Applicants will submit information that is to the best of their knowledge, truthful and up to date. 

Applicants accept that in the case of their application requiring the approval of the I.B.A.'s
review board, additional information may be requested in order for them to make
an informed and fare decision.

Applicants accept that the I I A’s decision to grant or refuse membership will be final.

Applicants of Membership accept that, should their application prove unsuccessful
it will be at the discretion of the I I A management whether to add the applicants
details to our Refused Applicants Log detailed on this website, thereby allowing
public scrutiny.

Applicants of Membership accept that the I.B.A. are not obligated to disclose any reason or circumstance that has resulted in an applicant being refused Membership.

Applicants accept that the I I A’s interpretation of these Terms of Application to be final.
